"I love those who yearn for the impossible"

Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

Golf could be separated into four categories. Theory, training, range practice, and performance.

1. The theory is mapped out using scientific principles that satisfy the left side of the brain. This paradigm will be the basis for the training stage.

2. Training is the process of teaching the body the correct, most efficient movement required to achieve its goal. This is the labor of the right side of the brain. Training uses the language of the body called kinesthetics to teach the muscles how to coordinate with each other. This is accomplished using a series of specially designed exercises to satisfy the left and right side of the brain.

3. Range practice is used to tune your swing and find the rhythm needed to coordinate all the moving parts. Think of it as the dress rehearsal before the show.

4. Playing is the show, a time to let your mind go and allow your body to take over. It is important to use your "old swing". Do not consciously try to incorporate your training into your swing; the bodies intelligence will make the changes when it is ready. Remember the brain is located in every cell of the body; The body has a mind of its own. You must trust your body when you "perform your play". Do not undermine the body's confidence with left brain conscious thought. It takes practice to let the right-brain dominate, however I believe it will lead to peak states of performance.

"The InsidetheTour's mission is to educate and train you to perform your best. Give me your attention and watch the graceful, fluid movements from within emerge.
